Are you an Events Ace or a Storytelling Wizard? New volunteer roles on offer at Hackney CVS

Hackney CVS supports hundreds of local voluntary and community organisations to help Hackney’s residents. 2017 marks their 20th anniversary – and the team is searching for volunteers to help celebrate the best of Hackney’s communities. There are lots of ways you can get involved in helping Hackney CVS – whether you have a few hours a week, after work or are only available for one-off volunteering – including the chance to help organise and support a large-scale celebration event in late October.

The team is recruiting for an Events Assistant, Reception Assistant and Storyteller. If you are interested in finding out more, come along to a free Information Evening on Wednesday 20th September from 6 – 7.30pm at Hackney CVS, The Adiaha Antigha Centre, 24- 30 Dalston Lane London, E8 3AZ. With light refreshments and a chance to meet some of the team, it’s a great way to find out more about the organisation and the work they do. Click here for more information and to let us know that you’re coming along!

Not the right role for you? If you have specialist skills you’d like to share, call us on 020 7241 4443 or email us at info@vchackney.org for assistance.
